Signature Care is committed to a person-centred approach to all of our residents. Upon admission, we undertake detailed assessments which are documented via our electronic clinical care software so that a comprehensive and individualised care plan is formulated in conjunction with relatives and the resident’s preferred GP.
We utilise an electronic medication management process which mitigates risks of medication administration and provides comprehensive drug information and interaction data for staff.
Family conferences can be arranged to discuss ways in which we can maximise residents’ quality of life, their preferences and ways to meet these goals.

Signature Care values and embraces all aspects of culture, diversity and multiculturalism.
With this in mind, upon admission, our leisure and wellbeing team seek to gain an insight into our residents’ connection to lifestyle choices and ensure that their social history, interests, cultural and religious needs, skills, capacity and safety are reflected in their care plans.
Relatives and their families are encouraged to attend activities as part of our wellbeing program to support transitions and maintain positive connections in the residents’ lives. Our monthly wellbeing program focuses on group activities that promote connection, integration and socialising between residents, families and staff, whilst balancing risk management strategies.

Signature Care is committed to providing safe and effective services and support for daily living that optimises our residents’ independence, health, well-being and quality of life.
Our in-house Catering Services offer residents a fresh, healthy and well-balanced diet that accommodates for individual preferences. We offer a dietician-approved four week rotating seasonal menu.
Our in-house Laundry Service provides machine washing only, using commercial washing machines and dryers. The laundry is designed around infection control measures. Residents requiring hand-washing or dry-cleaning can use external suppliers.
Our in-house Cleaning Services provide a hygienic and neat environment through effective cleaning and a high standard of infection control as per industry guidelines.

Signature Care’s design brief is to provide a homely environment where our residents can feel safe and secure in a culture that fosters acceptance, belonging and is welcoming of residents’ family and friends.
Our homes are individually designed depending on climatic conditions. Behind the attractive façade, we build in all the necessary safety features such as fast response fire sprinklers, automatic smoke detection, fire doors, integrated CCTV and computer systems, key-pad controlled secure areas and nurse-call. We also provide king single electric hi-low beds, individual-controlled air-conditioning to all bedrooms and over-bed tracking systems to support residents’ independence and mobility.
In all of our homes, we ensure that all fixtures, fittings, floor coverings and furnishings are amongst the highest industry standard and quality for the comfort of our residents.
