Industry veteran Graeme Croft to invest $100M in aged care for north QLD

His family-run Croft Developments plans to spend over $100M across three aged care developments in Manoora, Edmonton and Caravonica over the next 18 months, the Cairns Post reports.

Croft Developments is well-regarded in the sector for its construction of aged care facilities throughout VIC, NSW, QLD and the ACT.

Until 2013, they designed and built facilities under their Innovative Care brand, before selling their 10 facilities with 1,141 beds to Bupa. Since then, they constructed six aged care facilities for Bupa with 838 beds while Innovative Care (now known as Signature Care) has over 1,300 aged care beds due to be completed in the next three years.

They have the beds to back up their plans. Signature Care scored the second highest number of beds – 640 – in the latest Aged Care Approvals Round (ACAR) after Lendlease.
